Accounts Assistant (Kuala Lumpur) Responsibilities:
- You will perform inter-company transactions/billings and bank reconciliations
- Updating of sales invoice index
- Processing of revenue receipt and updating of customers’ accounts
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements to accounts payable ledger on a regular basis to ensure information is accurately recorded in the system and database
- Process cheque/TTs for making payments to vendors/for inter-company payments and perform banking transactions
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents submitted for payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform and check inter-company reconciliation
- Handle general ledger and other accounting-related services
- Assist in SAP implementation and migration
- Checking of invoices, petty cash disbursement and processing of payments
- Prepare audit schedules
- Provide support to the team in any other Accounting & Finance duties as required
Requirements: - LCCI/ CAT certifications/ Diploma in Accountancy
- Those pursuing ACCA or Fresh graduates in Accountancy, will also be considered
- Min 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Eager to learn in a dynamic environment and fast paced working environment
- Good accounting and Finance knowledge and conversant in MS Office applications particularly in Excel.
- Experienced in SAP would be an added advantage
- Working location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
