Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the execution of assigned marketing program, day to day operations of the assigned agency portfolio, and to ensure smooth running of daily operations
- Prepare sales invoice, sales tracking and analysis report as per standard operating procedures
- Fully support on daily sales administration work
- To support sales activity includes providing pre/post sales customer services and maintain good customer relationship/retention. Responsible to handle daily sales operation and administrative issues
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics GP software will be an added advantage
- Able to work Independently, mature in thinking, pro-active and willing to take challenges
- Good command in both written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese & other languages will be an added advantage
- Good communication skill
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation
