We are a group of companies currently developing and managing several niche shopping centres in Kuala Lumpur, including Central Market, the upcoming Kenanga Wholesale City and a soon to be launched commercial cum hotel complex. In line with our expansion and restructuring we have a vacancy for the following post:
Book Keeper/General Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Accounts & Sales Admin Executive.
  • Responsible for supporting the financial accounting and sales admin role.
  • To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when required by your Superior.
  • To handle administrative task such as filing, correspondence, book-keeping, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, LCCI intermediate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of computer accounting system and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Independent, responsible, initiative, self-motivated, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks.
