Aluminium Alloy Industris Sdn Bhd (AAI) is a manufacturer of aluminium alloy casting parts specializing in gravity die casting, machining and painting. Suitably qualified candidates with relevant qualification, competencies and/or experience are invited to apply for the following position:

Technical Engineer
(Negeri Sembilan)

Responsibilities:

• - Knowledge in using AUTOCARD 2 D Drafting Tool & 3D solid work or Autodesk inventor for designing tools & fixtures.
• - Analyses current operations,their methods & resource utilization & recommend alternative methods aimed at improving efficiency in the use of labour,people & machines.
• - Provide technicial leadership & solutions to day to day manufacuring issues.
• - Conduct analyze with cross functional team to identify problem root causes,including working with suppliers & customers for solutions.
• - Improve tools/jigs/equipments & processes with cross functional team,suppliers & customers.
• - To involve increation,development & improvement of product design.
• - To involve in CAD design & 3D modelling.
• - To make sure product quality is inline with customer requirement.
• - To liase with customers on product development.
• - Performs any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his Superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Design, fabrication of jigs/utilities..
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Process Engineer or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
