Company Description NCB HOLDINGS BHD is a public-listed investment holding company with operating subsidiaries engaged in port management and the provision of total logistics services. We are seeking to engage suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:- EXECUTIVE, INTERNAL AUDIT Post Date: 20 Jan 10 Responsibilities : To plan, organize, conduct and formally report on scheduled audit. To carry out financial and operational audits, business process reviews and risk management audits on the various operations of the company. If necessary investigative audit. To undertake a specific assignment independently and to ensure the execution of the audit is carried out in a professional and efficient manner. To conduct meetings with management on audit related matters. To prepare audit reports within the required timeline for the purpose of presentation to the Management and Audit Committee. Requirements : Degree in Accounting or a recognized professional qualification. Member of MIA or IIAM is preferred. Has a good knowledge of accounting, tax, company law and IT auditing. Minimum 2 years working experience in auditing with strong report writing skill. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Independent with good interpersonal skills and professional ethics with high understanding of confidentiality. Willing to travel.
