Assistant Factory Manager Post Date: 20 Jan 10 (Based In Johor Bahru) Responsibilities : Planning and controlling of production activities, production planning, processes and maintenance program to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer's requirement. To oversee and manage daily operations of warehouse activities - facilities, equipments, documentations, safety & health, etc. To monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management, inventory control, and improve production processes Control import and export shipment, cost and pricing of transportation, warehouse and inventory management and recommend best inventory management practice. Maintain and drive improved efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse and logistics areas, systematic storage and retrieval of raw materials, warehousing and timely shipment. To ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirement. To manage production and maintenance expenditure and budget. Requirements : Preferably degree holder in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing, warehouse/supply chain or managerial position Possess strong leadership, planning and analytical skills Must be computer literate and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines A hands-on leader and trouble shooter, a strong people manager and team player who is able to collaborate well with all functional counterparts.
