We are the medical product division of Teleflex Incorporated, a large American MNC, manufacturing and distributing high quality health care products. Our factory is located in Kamunting, Perak and we manufacture sterile disposable medical devices for the urology, anaesthesia and respiratory markets. Production Executive
(Perak - KAMUNTING, TAIPING)

Responsibilities:

• To direct and control all activities in production, so that the production volume from each work station is achieved.
  
• To organize and control all activities so that the desired level of quality as per assigned standard is achieved.
  
• To plan and effectively utilize manpower allocated for the shift.
  
• To ensure quality initiatives, i.e, TPS, 5S, Poka-Yoke, TPM and other continuous improvement activities are promoted and carried out in the shift.
  
• To conduct periodic training for respective subordinates for effective utilization of resources allocated.
  
• To inform superior/relevant personnel in event of major problems pertaining to prolonged overtime, rejects, industrial unrest, fire, water shortages, etc.
  
• To ensure discipline is instilled at all tmes at production premises.
  
• Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any related discipline.
  
• Must be able to read and write well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in production management of a high volume manufacturing environment.
  
• Experience in supervision is an added advantage.
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in KAMUNTING, TAIPING.
