Technology Specialist
(Selangor – Puchong x 4 Vacancies)
Responsibilities:
- To provide pre-sales support for selected Specialized Technology e.g. Active Directory/Exchange, Virtualization, Data Center, Networking etc.
- Requirement studies, site survey, information gathering.
- Preparations of proposal on technical section based on the requirements and objectives given
- Presentation of proposal.
- To be responsible in the project management/Implementation process for selected Specialized Technology
- To provide Post-Project Support for the Specialized Technologies
- To Provide 2nd Level Support for Outsourcing Customers on selected Specialized Technology
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Electronic / Electrical major in Data Communication or Computer Engineering.
· Must possess industrial certification such as MCSE or/and CCNA/CCNP.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in providing pre-sales support and project management of one of the following technologies:
o Microsoft Active Directory Server / Exchange Server
o Vmware Virtualization
o Cisco LAN/WAN/VPN
o APC Data Center
· Aggressive, result oriented, customer service oriented, good interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Preferably Chinese speaking candidates.
